To deliver physical goods nationwide across Bangladesh, we collaborate with licensed courier services (such as Steadfast Courier, Sundarban Courier, or dedicated local dispatch riders).

We share only the necessary fulfillment information with the handling courier:

• Customer Name and Delivery Phone Numbers.
• Complete Delivery Address.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) collection amount.

Zobax primarily operates on a Cash on Delivery (পণ্য হাতে পেয়ে মূল্য পরিশোধ) model. Customers pay directly to the delivery personnel upon inspecting their package.

In scenarios where advance digital payments (such as bKash, Nagad, or bank debit/credit cards) are processed via authorized payment gateways:

• All card/MFS processing occurs directly on bank-grade encrypted third-party gateway interfaces.
• Zobax never records, accesses, or stores sensitive financial credentials such as PINs, CVV numbers, or banking passwords.

Customers have the opportunity to submit ratings, text feedback, and attach up to 15 real photos or video clips showcasing their purchased products.

Please note that any review text, product photographs, or video files uploaded via the customer review form are intended to help other shoppers and become publicly visible on the respective product page. Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive documents in customer reviews.

Zobax uses standard browser cookies and localStorage to deliver a seamless shopping interface:
